RXBio Translates Sequence to Science and Industry
The Stereo-seq FF product solution for spatial transcriptomics is an overall solution that enables the transformation from “tissue to data” simultaneously with “nanometer-scale resolution” and “centimeter-scale panoramic field of view”. This solution utilizes capture probes containing Poly T with spatial coordinate information to achieve in-situ capture of mRNA molecules within the tissue cells of Fresh Frozen (FF) samples. And it can restore them back to their spatial positions through spatial barcodes (Coordinate ID, CID), thus realizing tissue spatial detection. The latest version of the FF product for spatio-temporal transcriptomics is V1.3. With its outstanding capture performance and through a fast and simple workflow, it can capture a high number of genes and easily enable Cellbin analysis. Combined with powerful and user-friendly analysis tools, it can delicately explore the spatio-temporal patterns of gene expression in cells. In addition, users can flexibly choose nuclear or H&E staining on the same slice to meet diverse research needs.
01 The number of captured genes has been significantly increased
Based on adjacent slices of the same tissue and under the same data saturation, statistics were conducted on all the tissue samples that had been tested. At the Bin20 level, the median proportion increase in the captured Median Gene Type was approximately 149%, and the median proportion increase in the Meidan MID was approximately 224%. The capture efficiency has been significantly improved, facilitating more in-depth single-cell spatial analysis.
02 Easily achieve CellBin analysis
Through image recognition technology, the nuclei are identified and segmented to obtain Cellbin. Based on the additional spatial transcriptome information captured at the Cellbin level, the spatial characteristics of gene expression can be delicately explored with single-cell resolution.
03 The same kit supports nuclear/H&E staining on the same slice
The H&E mounting medium is integrated into the kit, which supports the flexible selection of ssDNA staining/H&E staining on the same slice with the same kit, enabling multi-modal data analysis and exploration.
