introduction

Wound Healing: It is a simple and cost-effective in vitro experimental method for studying cell migration/tumor invasion. The principle of this method is that when cells grow and fuse into a monolayer state, an empty area is artificially created on the fused monolayer cells, which is called a “scratch”. The cells at the edge of the scratch will gradually move into the empty area to make the “scratch” heal. The basic steps include the creation of the “scratch”, the acquisition of images during cell migration and the processing of data in the later stage.
